I Pledge Allegiance is primarily counted cross stitch, with several specialty stitches included for those who want more texture or want to try something different. If stitchers prefer only cross stitch, the piece is designed so they can easily substitute stitches. The stitch count is 61 wide x 139 tall, for a finished size of 4" x 9 1/4". Each stitcher’s kit will contain a 10" x 15" cut of 30 count Havana hand over-dyed linen from Weeks Dye Works, hand over-dyed floss from Crescent Colours, hand made buttons from JABC, a size 28 tapestry needle and complete illustrated instructions plus some interesting tidbits of history.

A fun & relaxing atmosphere, stitching, lots of prizes, games, classes, food, and time to get together with fellow stitchers, laugh, unwind & enjoy yourself!

Events begin on Friday evening and end after lunch on Sunday. The hotel is easy to find at 1305 Buckley Road (located just off both the NYS Thruway-E/W, and Rt. 81 N/S & minutes from the Syracuse Airport & the train station) & has all the amenities including a pool, wireless internet, & fitness room. Meals, rooms, snacks, classes, & events are all included in the tuition fee.
